Welcome To Our Home Page!
You are welcome to the home page of the next generation of Nigerians in the Diaspora. Our mission is to get the Nigerian youth together to promote our culture, network, connect, offer useful information and support systems and make the best use of the opportunities offered in our second home nations.
There's a record number of first and second generation Nigerians all over the world. Our aim is to bring them together. Thanks to technology, it is a possibilty.
IT'S OFFICIAL!!!

The Nigerian Students and Professionals was successfully launched on Nov 29, 2003.

Our expectations were more than met. The baton was passed and they ran with it. The gathering of eager and determined youth went straight to business and held a forum which only ended because of the limited time permitted. They will be taking the organization to the next level.

The founders have birthed the "baby" and though there were labor pains as to be expected, however, when they saw the marvelous result, it brought immense joy and fathomless hope. Hope that the sky is the limit for our young men and women in the Diaspora. Hope that this will bring them together for their own good for generations.

Pass On The Message

The Nigeria Students & Professionals  has been launched. You can't afford not to be part of this progressive organization.

It's more than a social club; it's networking, it's developing support systems, it's developing and maintaining interpersonal, professional and business relationships and more.

If you have friends, relatives, colleagues interested in our exclusive, progressive organization? Have them send their full names, addresses, phone numbers, occupation, school/colleges and email addresses to nsp4us@yahoo.com

THE SKY IS THE LIMIT

THE BATON HAS BEEN PASSED

History was made on Saturday, Nov 29, 2003, when The Nigeria New Youth - The Next Generation, was officially launched at the Sheraton National Hotel, Arlington, VA, USA. The evening started with registration of the members, followed by a brief history of the organization.

This was followed by a sumptous dinner. The Mission, Goals and Philosophy of the Organization were presented and officially adopted.

Members exressed their gratittude and appreciation to the Founding Members and promised to work on realizing the missions and goals of the Organization. An exclusive and expansive forum was conducted by the youth which only ended due to constraints of time. They decided to postpone election of officials till the next meeting(which will be announced on the website). A new name(Nigerian Students and Professionals-NSP) was voted and adopted by all present members.

According to the members some of whom travelled from as far as Michigan, Blacksburg & Charlotesville, VA, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Missouri, this Organization was long overdue and they were very excited to take it to the next level.

The august event ended just before 12am with members intermingling and chatting away at the hotel lobby.
